Terms and Conditions
We only import products according to your orders to guaranty freshness. This necessitates a certain logistics. This is why we require a minimum order of 800 HKD for every delivery (Orders between HKD 400 and 800 can be picked-up at our warehouse). You can share an order with a friend, a colleague if this seems too much for you to eat on your own.
Order and Delivery Schedule
We propose you 4 delivery days per week. The preferred delivery time has to be indicated during the checkout in the order notes.
For the Monday delivery or pick up (afternoon), you have to place your order the previous Thursday until 6pm maximum.
For the Tuesday delivery or pick up (morning or afternoon To Be Confirmed), you have to place your order the previous Thursday until 6pm maximum.
For the Thursday delivery or pick up (afternoon), you have to place your order the previous Monday until 6pm maximum.
For the Friday delivery or pick up (morning or afternoon To Be Confirmed), you have to place your order the previous Monday until 6pm maximum.
For the Saturday delivery only ( afternoon To Be Confirmed), you have to place your order the previous Wednesday until 6pm maximum.
NEW: We can now deliver discovery bay every Friday afternoon ! Minimum order 1200 HKD, order need to be placed previous Monday before 6pm
Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer’s request.
Right of cancellation/Return
If you wish to cancel your order, event if you haven’t pay, you need to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org on time to proceed. Any order made through the website is due excepted if we receive the cancellation on time.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we can’t always cancel an order. Therefore should you need to apply changes in your order or cancel it, please respect the dedicated schedules mentioned above to proceed.
In case some items requested would be unavailable, we would notify you at the earliest and help to provide you with other options.
For quality issues we encourage you to check your products upon delivery and get back to us at the earliest for any problem. That way we can always ensure a good traceability and a constant quality standard.
As we try to ensure the best quality and freshness for all our products, we manage to provide you with the best every week. Therefore the availability for some of our products may vary due to the seasons and weather conditions. If this happens you will be reimbursed with the corresponding amount of the unavailable item or we will try to suggest a similar product for replacement.
Every payment has to be made by “Bank Transfer” or Paypal once the order has been completed for us to process it. Any order which has not been paid won’t be delivered until reception of the payment.
In case a product would not be available after your order validation, we would refund you the amount corresponding to the missing product or suggest a similar product for replacement.
Delivery & Pick Up
We provide a customized delivery service using temperature controlled trucks and mini vans. Deliveries are made every Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You can be delivered to your home or, if you want, we can delivery to another place. You just have to let us know the exact address on time. For the moment, we only deliver in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. For New Territories, you need to contact us at email@example.com as extra fee may apply for some areas.
We offer a free delivery for any order above 1000 HKD. Orders between 800 HKD and 1000 HKD will be charged 100 HKD for the delivery.
N.B You can also come and pick up you order at our warehouse in Kennedy Town for a min order of 400HKD (see warehouse opening hours).
Products & Service
Our products range from chilled fish to cans. We specify for each product on the website how will be the product when you will receive it. Like this, you won’t be surprised to receive a live lobster or an entire Dover sole. Our suppliers have been chosen for their quality standards in order to ensure the quality of every order by proposing the best of what is available on the market. We proprose you the same products that the one we are selling to the best gastronomic venus of Hong Kong and Macau.
Our products are shipped with respect to norms and health requirements.
Even is nothing will beat the texture and taste of fresh fish, our fish is suitable for home freezing excepted if specified in the product description.
We provide premium products. However, the products you will receive can differ from the pictures on our website which are displayed for information.
Our products are packed either in foam boxes either in their original packaging. We will provide ice packs if necessary.
Warehouse Opening Hours
After confirmation with our customer service, you can pick up your order to our warehouse during the following schedules: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm / 2:00pm to 6:00 pm
