This product is made of smoked herring pearls. It has a smoked aroma with a touch of lemon.
It can be used with salads, hot or cold soups, pastas, canapé, hot potatoes with sour cream on top. It is areal alternative to sturgeon caviar.
Ingredients: Water, smoked herring (40%), corn starch, salt, squid ink, citric acid, lemon juice, stabiliser (Xanthan gum) and spices
