Haddock is one of the most popular fish used in British fish and chips. Fresh haddock has a clean, white flesh and can be cooked in the same ways as cod.

You can choose the preparation (with skin or skinless) in the menu.

We will start with a whole fish weighing around 500g. You will receive 2 fillets for a total fillet weight of about 350g with skin.

1 portion of 350g is enough for a meal for 2 people.
