Terms and Conditions

 

1. Orders          

You need to have an account to be able to place an order. Provided information is understood to be complete and correct at time of registration. We only import products according to your orders to guaranty freshness. This necessitates a certain logistics.

After placing an order; you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the order by our company.

2. Product availability

We strive to provide you the best in terms of quality and freshness. As we work primarily with wild products, the availability may be affected by seasonality and weather conditions. Should we be unable to provide you with a requested item we can either suggest a similar replacement or reimburse you.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices of our products can be subject to changes without prior notice. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If an error relates to the products for which you have placed an order, we will notify you at the email address or the telephone number which have been provided during registration and ask whether you would like to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.

Every payment has to be made by “Bank Transfer”, cash deposit, credit card or Paypal once the order has been completed in order for us to process it. Any order which has not been paid will not be delivered until payment has been received.

If a product is not available after your order validation, we will refund the corresponding amount of the product or suggest an adequate replacement.

Delivery vehicles must be able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address.

Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Warning Signal is hosted.

4. Order and Delivery Schedule

Delivery time is from 1pm to 5pm on Monday and Thursday and from 10am-5pm on Tuesday and Friday. Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody at home. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer’s request.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery if the recipient is not available.

Delivery time depends on the items you have added in your shopping cart and your delivery address.

We offer 4 delivery days per week. The preferred delivery time has to be indicated during the checkout in the order notes.

For the Monday delivery (afternoon only) , you have to place your order by the previous Thursday, 3pm the latest. Receive your delivery between 1pm and 5pm or pick up between 2pm and 5pm.

For the Tuesday delivery (morning or afternoon to be confirmed), you have to place your order by the previous Thursday, 3pm the latest. Receive your delivery between 10am and 5pm or pick up between 10am and 5pm.

For the Thursday delivery (afternoon only) , you have to place your order by the previous Monday, 3pm the latest. Receive your delivery between 1pm and 5pm or pick up between 2pm and 5pm.

For the Friday delivery (morning or afternoon to be confirmed), you have to place your order by the previous Monday, 3pm maximum. Receive your delivery between 10am and 5pm or pick up between 10am and 5pm.

Delivery fees are applied depending on the delivery address and amount of purchase according to the following table:

HK Island & Kowloon

FREE delivery for order above $1000

$90 fee for orders below $1000

New Territories

FREE delivery for order above $2000

$100 fee for orders between $1000 and $2000

$200 fee for orders below $1000

Discovery Bay

FREE delivery for order above $2000

$150 fee for orders below $2000

5. Right of cancellation/Return claims

If you wish to cancel your order, even if you haven’t paid, you need to send us an email at [email protected] on time to proceed. Any order made through the website is due excepted if we receive the cancellation on time (see our order schedule).

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we can’t always cancel an order. Therefore, should you need to apply changes in your order or cancel it, please respect the dedicated schedules mentioned above to proceed.

In case some items requested are unavailable, we will notify you at the earliest and help to provide you with other options.

Although we maintain strict controls over our products, mishaps inevitably happen. To maintain a constant quality standard, we encourage you to check your products upon delivery and get back to us within 12 hours. Your signature, or the signature on your behalf, on the invoice copy shall be conclusive evidence that the goods have been accepted.

If you note any issue with the product, please notify us by email at [email protected] and provide details and pictures as proof. We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our professional opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty. In the other case, we will refund the missing item or provide a replacement at this time or later.

6. Delivery & Pick Up

We provide a customised delivery service using temperature-controlled trucks and mini vans. Deliveries are made every Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You can be delivered to your home or, if you want, we can delivery to another place. You just have to let us know the exact address on time.

We offer a free delivery service for any order above HK$1000 in Hong Kong and Kowloon Orders below HK$1000 will imply a delivery charge of HK$90.

For New Territories, we offer a free delivery service for any order above HK$2000 in Hong Kong and Kowloon Orders below HK$1000 will get an extra delivery charge of HK$200 and orders between HK$1000 and HK$2000 will be charged HK$100.

For Discovery Bay, we deliver orders above HK$2000 free of charge. Orders below HK$2000 will get an extra delivery charge of HK$150.

You can also come and pick up you order at our warehouse in Kennedy Town.

Products & Service

Our products range from chilled fish to canned seafood. We specify on our website what kind of product you will receive (e.g: raw/live/frozen) to avoid any surprises. Our suppliers have been chosen carefully in order to ensure the quality of every order and to offer the best of what is available on the market. We offer the same products as the ones provided to the best gastronomic venues of Hong Kong and Macau.

Our products are shipped with respect to norms and health requirements.

Even if nothing will beat the texture and taste of fresh fish, our fish is suitable for home freezing unless specified in the product description.

We provide premium products. However, the products you will receive can differ from the pictures on our website which are displayed for information.

Our products are packed either in foam boxes or in their original packaging. We will provide ice packs if necessary.

7. Warehouse Opening Hours

After confirmation with our customer service, you can pick up your order from our warehouse during the following times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00 pm.

8. Privacy

All the information that you will provide us will remain private and will be used in order to provide you with a great customer service. We commit not to share them with anyone else or sell them to another company.
