Do you have a shop?

No, we don’t have a shop. Even if we are happy to have visits, you might be disappointed as we don’t carry any stock. We only work on order basis. You need to place your order online first then only after we will bring the seafood from France to Hong Kong.

Are your products fresh or frozen?

All are products are LIVE or FRESH excepted if clearly mentioned on the product page.

Are your products suitable for freezing?

As most of our products are LIVE or FRESH , it means they are suitable for freezing  (excepted if clearly mentioned on the product page).

When can I be delivered if I place my order today?

You can refer to our order and delivery schedule

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver everywhere excepted outlying islands. However, we need you to reach a certain minimum order amount to deliver some locations and we don’t deliver everywhere everyday.  Please refer to the scheme below

ZONE 1: HK Island & Kowloon – FREE delivery for order above $1000

$100 fee for orders below $1000

 

Zone 2: New Territories – FREE delivery for order above $2000

$100 fee for orders between $1000 and $2000

$200 fee for orders below $1000

 

Zone 3: Discovery Bay –FREE delivery for order above $1200

How are your products packed?

As we don’t repack anything in Hong Kong, you will receive all the products in their original packaging. Most of the fresh seafood will be packed in foam box, similar to what the restaurants and hotels receive. For transformed products, product specifications would be indicated.

Are your products expensive?

Our mission is to bring the best seafood to your kitchen. We offer the same quality than Michelin chefs. Our products are sourced in direct from small fishermen in France, which use artisanal methods of catch. It means a responsible environmental approach and a fair salary as everything is bought at the local wholesale auctions. You order is then air flown to Hong Kong. You have 100% traceability when you receive your order, with all the sources information on the stickers. Our prices reflect this work. Tho, we are not more expensive than a Parisian fish shop or HK gourmet shops.
